About Me

Matthew Thompson is a current university student majoring in computer science. He anticipates graduating with his Bachelor of Science in the spring of 2020. Matthew also has a 2-year diploma in the area of software development and system administration. Upon graduation, Matthew intends to enter the computer science industry full time.

Matthew is also actively involved in the professional theatre industry. He has experience designing, constructing, and operating audio and lighting systems for live productions. Matthew has worked both as a freelancer and with various theatre and sound reinforcement companies, while also volunteering his skills to local community theatre groups.

Matthew has a passion for problem solving and enjoys overcoming difficult challenges. Some of Matthew's hobbies include 3D printing, software defined radio, hobbyist electronics, and experimenting with home servers and networking.
